heat treatment (done, I've raising my temp up to 30, which I think should be fine for my fish short term - ember tetras and cardinal tetras)
salt treatment: appealing because of low cost - however, I am concerned about potential damage to my plants - has anyone had experience with this?
seachem paraguard - I am concerned about it harming my shrimp.
It gave a list which included KHV, INHV, columnaris, Aeromonas, Ich and Saprolegnia (a fungus).
KHV does not affect barbs (although they are cyprinids), nor does IHNV (salmonids only)....
This evening I checked on him and he was very bloated with very visible red worms protruding from his anus. After some research this is very clearly a Camallanus worm infestation.
