There were numerous random deaths in the first week of adding fish (He cycled the tank for two weeks prior). The tank seemed to be settling and everything was looking good before he bought more fish on import. They...
Background: About two weeks ago I bought a fish tank....agian. I use to own a marine tank a few years ago, but dont want to go that direction again. To be honest, a well scaped planted tank have alway been much more beautifull than a reef tank.
So I bought a 1200x450x500 tank that have quite a few issues, but I basically got it for free.
Problems: The stand has quite a bit of rust. The bottem has an a crack and the back is quite a bit...
My questions are:
1. For a 2ft tank, approximately what would the initial outlay be for a CO2 system? What kind of system would you recommend?
About 50 plants in the tank
Some of the plant leaves started melting away. My concern is as i always loose plants must i add things or can i just leave it and it will grow new leaves.
