Betterweather has lots of great plants. I have bought from Richard myself and they are awesome, there are even low tech ones there.

Frequent trimming helps to create bushy growth.
Nice start man. Just some advice, try grouping the stems together ie rotundifolia with rotundifolia. This creates more harmony in the scape.

If you want some med-high tech plants I have loads. I do have Wallichii and rotundifolia/colorata and some L ovalis and Alternanthera reineckii...
Thats dragon rock, you can get it at most pet stores.
Looks great! Maybe look at getting some real high tech plants......not that they dont look good...but you can grow brazilian pennywort,...
