I had the same issu with an oscare . It got ich and the paragard didnt chandge it at all 3 weeks later it passed and i treated it assoon as it apeard

Could also bee the toxsins inside the heater witch was released as it cracked . I heard countless storys of that happening if it was a o2 problem...

i dont think the glass fish will be able to eat them . have you checked filters and so on ?
