The Flagtail eventually needs at least a 2m tank

The male, if you go back to the video, 11 seconds into the video, he is the one on the left

Interesting that she is the more aggressive of the pair.
From what I have read, it's usually the male.
With my hystrix it's the female that always ends up with the bite marks

No, no.. she ends up with the bite marks ok
If you look carefully all three girls have bite marks around the disc

She doesnt bite the male, She wips that tail like crazy and spikes the male like you can't believe!!
Hard to see in the video but she cut his one clasper in two places quite badly

I think an update is due on this tank as its been a while

@Whoknows was asking the other day if this tank was pretty empty now that they had all moved to the new tank

So... ummm.. no... its not pretty empty...

This is now Sunshine and Pretty Face's tank as well as some of the young rays

    some random pictures

    Pretty Face

    085.jpg

5 year old Mini Marble male
Being a Mini Marble He is only 35cm disc and fully grown

He is with Pretty Face, the project is to eventually line breed him to her and the young Marble female when she is old enough and try stamp the Mini line which will enable people with smaller tanks to be able to house a stingray

    086.jpg

A Pretty Face pup from a previous litter to the pure Black Diamond male, gorgeous little female

    063.jpg

My Flagtail... best algae eater but does need at least a 1.8m tank long term, and some of my clowns

    Thanks @Reedfish

Im going to have to shuffle things around when i do water change this week

Im going to have to swop my Oscars around and bring the 3 young brats to this tank and put my oldie with Spooky as the three brats are like wolves at feeding time and Spooky is a gentle giant so she lets them pinch her food and i battle to feed ger
Their mouths can be bulging with food and even if they have to spit some out they do just so they can pinch the next piece of food i throw in

Sunshine wont take their nonsense if they pinch her food and she is like lightning from one side of the tank to the other

That school of loaches makes me Jelly. Haha how many do you have now? At least 20 I'm guessing.

Will wish you good luck catching them. I hate catching mine, they quick and they stress so easily too.

Which aro is the one you have up for sale? And why you selling him please?
