    Hi guys.
    I have 7 parrot fish for sale.
    All well sized. (10+-)
    A few of the females are already laying eggs.
    I’m based in Midrand.
    Looking at R250 each neg.
    Not going to split them up as of yet. Want to sell the lot together.
    Pm me for more info.

    Also willing to swop all 7 for an Arowana depending on the Arowana’s size.

    Eggs hatch around the 7day mark generally and around the 15th to 17th day they are free swimming. However to protect them the mother will keep them anywhere from 21 to 30 days, it literally just depends on the females confidence in them and how secure she feels about them being able to survive. I usually strip around the 17day mark and it's worked for me always.

    If you separate her you will be able to see the most amazing part of mouth brooding. However if she's left with the rest of the fish chances of their survival is slim but with enough cover you will find an odd one swimming around
