Maybe a weeeee smaller but still have that get lost in it zen moment, minus the water volume:D.

Cannot imagine having to maintain that in a big aquarium, hence I went the rocky route and possibly just driftwood. I might add some swords/anubias and hope they don't get chowed, but more than that I will rather do a separate planted tank.

Used to have a small cube setup I experimented with a 36cm x 36cm x 36xm setup, loved the idea, but back then I was too impatient. {https://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/threads/custom-cube-tank.30712/#post-385816} old setup I sold. Had lots of potential and have some good pics somewhere, but went into something too quick with too little knowledge about it.

You have a good talent for scaping an aquarium like this. keep it up!!! will definitely follow this thread.

That’s kind, thanks :) I love the diversity the hobby and forum has to offer! A hardscape only tank, or a tank with hardscape and just a few bold plants can look great. Following your big tank too, will be great watching the tank mature and the frontosas grow. And perhaps once MTS has set in again you’ll give a planted tank another go!
