I had a Takashi Amano book at one point, since gone missing, and I tried a couple big bookstores looking for others - no dice. Did find some very old books at a used bookstore but much of the content seemed outdated and not they were not especially appealing.
I think the only way is specifically ordering online or at a large chain like Exclusive Books?

hmm I suppose there isn't such a big market for books like this in general anymore with all these other resources we have (like youtube) and forums likes this. Thanks!

Yep. Lots on YouTube. Pinterest is also a remarkably good source of inspiration.

But a nice book like Takashi Amano’s would be great on a coffee table. Our coffee table is constantly strewn with Lego, though

You know George Farmer’s book is about to be released?

Haha a book for the coffee table was what I was thinking about too. But Lego adds colour to the room! And rather have it on the table than under your feet..

I didn't know that about George, I'll go have a look and see how much it'll cost  a book by him would be great though!!

I see it’s about $20 in the states, wonder if it will be available in bookstores here.

$20 for hard copy on Amazon, $13 for Kindle version, but only available in August

Aquazoo 2020 has been cancelled and most of the Topica tanks will be dismantled. Here’s a final vid of the tanks with 4 week time lapse

Tanner is just living my dream. Fantastic animal room as it is, but big plans for future changes & projects.

I would be suprised if this channel hasn't been shared before. It's currently my favourite:

Fukada is 2nd in the world, used to be 1st, and his purposeful use of shadow heavily influenced Josh Sim. In the second part of the vid he gives some tips, one of them is to take a black & white photo of the tank - like we talked about previously

Agreed! Panta Rhei does some really cool stuff, biotope specific:

I really like the one with the rain simulator. Should also give some ideas to the hillstream fans
