    - Check that the rhizome isn’t covered by substrate or getting too squashed by hardscape.
    - check that it’s not getting too much light, don’t think so though
    - trim away those dodgy leaves, even if it means leaving just 1 leaf
    - check that the rhizome isn’t rotting (could be Anubias rot, never had it myself). Trim away any rotten pieces asap
    - Seachem Flouish Advance (micronutrients and phytohormones) does wonders for my Anubias. Started dosing again perhaps a week or two ago and suddenly a lot of new growth!!

A friend of mine has a planted tank and has good results with TNC Complete Aquarium Plant food, and Easy Carbo.
I have ordered a bottle of each, so will give these a go and see if there is any improvement

The TNC is a general purpose liquid feed with macro and micro nutrients. Dosed once a week

The Easy Carbo is a liquid CO2 supplement. Dosed daily.

Cools. The liquid carbon looks like the equivalent of Excel or Scape Carbon.

The fertilizer is an all in one macros and micros. Many people use something similar with good results so go for it. I prefer to have a bit more control over the macros that’s why I dose only micros (and macros in root tabs). But yesterday when I tested nitrates 3 of my tanks tested zero so I might consider something like Scape Complete or Tropica.

If you struggle to keep nitrates low then perhaps rather use micros only.

I get a call from the lfs.
They had a new shipment of rare Tangs in.
    Didn’t need asking twice.

They had the Tanganicodus (Goby cichlids) which I have been after. So I got a pair of those

And then they also had these Enantiopus.
Would have been criminal to have left these behind

    They also had some Xenotilapia.
Another species on rarely sees on offer. But I had already spent a fortune on the others. So I had to leave them.

The Enantiopus like open spaces. And there were numerous piles of shells, each with a pair of Multi defending a large area around it. Limiting the space where a fish could swim without getting attacked.
So I did some “town planning” and merged all the shells into one pile in the back corner.
The Multies may not be happy with it, but they will just have to learn to live with it.

One of the Gobies resting on a leaf
(Please excuse the algae on the glass. The Bristle Nose seems less and less interested in dealing with that )
The other Goby is really shy and hides all the time.
