May be a stupid question, but just want to be sure:
If I go through the old culture and take worms out individually, is there any chance of the mites/critters being attached to the worms?
I don't know how the nasties feed/propogate. Would they attach themselves to the worms like parasites?
Do I need to 'clean' the worms by rinsing them or something? Or am I just being overly cautious?
    TIA

You must be careful to separate them as best you can see from other flies or mites and their maggots, these are the main problems that you can carry over. Forget about anything else, rinsing or chemical treatment will kill them.

    Kind regards,

    Dirk
