Hi , created a new thread.
I hope some people will fine interest

    Pond (tub) is about 250l
    Natural light
    ADA mix with lunga substrate
Mix plants with mix of fish
It started a long time ago , every spring it gets moved outside , Autumn i move them into the garage.
This year we replaced the old roof with a white roof that gave 80% more light.
So i struggled a few weeks with hair algae , dosed carbon source liquid but did not make a difference , so i decided to go co2 again but only diy.
i will be receiving my DSD ferts this week , this includes plant feeding mix, plant hardening mix, npk and also kh up . This will up my GH and KH from 0 and ill aim for 4.
Currently at day 14 but do look from the start

Very nice - natural light is hard to beat ... should see better colour and smaller leaves develop.

    Later Ferdie

I use i sachet gelotine , 2 cups suger , and now a sachet of yeast

Yeast mix 500ml not too hot , let stand for 10minutes
Boiling water 500ml add geloatine and sugar , stir well and let cool for a few minutes. Too hot water can kill yeast
Mix the 2 together in a clean 2l bottle

The new lights are giving algae but think its the lack of co2 , its not lasting . Looking at a pressurized system
