As promissed some pics of the beginning of my restart. Won't go that fast but I'll try to scape in "A-New-Day-style" Gary's river is another inspiration. Got some 90 cm. and 60 cm. LED lights. A shame the 90 need cross mounting (1 cm too long to place them straight hahahaha). Not sure yet if I'll remove the shelf above the tank and mount lighting on the upper shelf. In that case I'll lower the metal bars to the top of the tank (without placing a shelf on it only for support) I think I will place a background in these tanks. Not sure which. I'll keep you updated. Thinking about using this behind these tanks, so small ferns etc. can be planted above. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G960F met Tapatalk
Looking good so far I like these things, that is going to look super nice behind the tanks, I would do a backing on the tank maybe paint it black and then cut those hanging planters behind the tank from tank level up to the light if that makes sense Def following along ..
First have to move the tanks to my appartment (3 to go hahaha). To be honest the circumstances (divorce) cause I've some difficulty to wrap my mind around things as I used to. Have to do things step by step instead of taking decissions in an eyeblink. Yesterday I took rocks / wood and an heather. . Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G960F met Tapatalk
Ordered my "vertical gardens" hahaha. Anxious to see and if they can be used for the purpose wanted. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G960F met Tapatalk
Vertical gardens are cool. Hopefully it works well for what you want! If not it'll make a nice feature somewhere else in your home
True. Think it would be great to put ferns and orchids above the tank. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G960F met Tapatalk
