    Not a great pic, but I've never noticed the split, top feelers before. Nicely visible in this photo.

    These guys are so fast that it's hard to get good pics of them. This one is already about 20cm, but still plays nice even with small tetras.

    I'm really enjoying my new Bolivian rams. They aren't camera shy either, so I can shoot them with a fish-eye lens when they come right up to the glass. That way you get a nice sense of depth.

    Got a school of 10 of these Columbian redfin tetras in my Amazon biotope. They're ferocious feeders, but fine with small tetras and the slower angels. Throw a cricket into the tank.... that's another story!! They also school together nicely.

    These golden barbs are amazing.... Also gluttons of the highest order!! One had a very unfortunate demise when it jumped out of the tank in it's excitement. They do that you know... the water almost foams where they thrash about waiting for the biscuits to hit the water. Unfortunately I didn't see the little pig fly and accidentally stood on it. It literally exploded under my foot, with an audible "pop"... RIP fatty..

    Thanks guys!

    Henri, photography can be a very rewarding hobby. It can also be a way to spend a lot of money on incorrect gear. My advice would be to establish what type of photography appeals to you, then research which suitable camera fits your budget. If at all possible, try renting gear before purchasing....

    My rainbow fish.. They are swimming jewels, with their opalescent shimmer.

    @Broder,

    Great photos.

    I like Rainbows.
    A friend of mine has a Rainbow only tank with about 4 species. Very nice.

    I took some pics of the cobalt gobies that I've had for a couple of weeks now. They're regaining condition now that they're in a high oxygen river type tank.

    i now have 3 hill stream loaches in the tank. They're so much more active in a group.
