    good morning Val...been a dream fish to own and at the time I also looked around and could not find them on the list anymore. when asking the supplier who got mine for me I was told they are not on the list anymore...

    I have always wanted to have a ray, but my tank isn't big enough :cry:

    This was the display tank at the lfs that I got my lung from

    @Val... that's exactly how I felt when I saw it was of the list... @Reedfish... that tank is amazing... as for the rays, they are absolutely awesome fish to have.

    It was an amazing tank
    Amazon biotope with the lung, the rays, red hook sliver dollars, various cichlids, fancy plecs, flagtails

    @Reedfish... well I have a similar goal in mind with the rays and Asian arowana (RTG) also been thinking of getting some red hook silver dollars, but you battle to find. only seem to get the normal silver dollars.

    Red hooks, wide bars, etc all are black listed

    That's a shame.
    would they be more potentially invasive than standard silver dollars?(are those b l too?)

    Can't imagine they would be, rh & wb grow much bigger than normal and spotted silver sd though, I have seen them in the aquarium at the Pta zoo.

    I have had red hooks in the past.
    With my last SA set up
    Would get them again, but it's already a bit crowded
    maybe I need a bigger tank.......for the red hooks. And rays of course!
