I have been considering going the paint route, but the issue is getting into the back of the tank to be able to paint it.
It has lasted about 3 years now, but it is time to do something else.
Do I keep it blue, or go with black?
    Also, what type of paint?

I prefer blue as black makes a tank to dark.... that crafters paint you get at Builders warehouse, I would rather just remove it for now as it is an eye sore :)

Added livestock to the 2ft planted tank.
5 x Harlequin Rasbora to act as dither fish for the pair of German Blue Rams.

Another week, and more of the same happening.

The 2ft tank is coming on slowly, with the Aromatica starting to grow nicely. It is also reddening up a bit.

The 4ft is more or less static.
The Corkscrew Vallis however has taken off, and is starting to grow well.
Bolbitis is also pushing out new leaves, which I am happy about.

I found Blue fablon at the crazy store its that sticky stuff that we use to cover the kids school books except this was blue on both sides, which means the sticky side is also blue, just cut and stick, works like a charm and its cheap. R30 for a roll.[IMG]

Almost 2 weeks later, and the 2ft is developing nicely.
The Limnophila Aromatica has established itself, and is starting to shoot up.
The Cryptocoryne Retrospiralis is pushing out new leaves, which is a good sign as well.
The GBR pair laid eggs, but proceeded to eat the wigglers. As this is only their second attempt at spawning, I am not too bothered at this stage.

    Thanks.
It's been a while since I have had fry in any of my tanks, apart from Guppies.
