Wow.. @JRH... It is really swollen

For how long has this been going on?
Behavior... is it eating and swimming around normally?

Is that like red marks on the belly and just before the caudal fin?

Hard to say would need more information like:
What temperature is your water at
WHAT DIET DOES IT Get (and how much?)
how often do you do water changes and is it tap or RO water.
Did you ad any new fish?

From a quick look That seems to look like a digestion problem, if that is the case stop feeding for 3 days (they will be fine don't worry) do more than your normal water changes and Keep everyone posted as regularly as possible. Also if it is a digestion problem then after waiting 3 days to feed take a pea, (defrost it and remove the outer skin/shell then crush it as finely as possible) and feed it to the fish (if there's not many fish only feed half of it. (remove any excess food)

If you are not feeding peas on a weekly bases (atleast) I suggest you start doing so.

Unfortunately it is hard to say what exactly is wrong with it without more info,

Also how are the other fish doing? (I'm assuming there are others)
Does this moly or any of the other behave normally (are they lethargic?)

    Hope we can help!
Good luck with the little guy!

    Sincere regards
    S.

I agree with Stephan as peas are great for their digestive system and their kidneys. Are the scales lifted? As it can be droopsy
