    Hello Folks,

So I decided to have a Peacock only tank. So these are the little ones I have so far.
I did not ask what specific type when I bought, just asked for Peacocks and chose the ones I liked the most. As i learn more, it will be good to understand what types these are.

So if anyone can help id them, I will be grateful.

I will post each in a separate reply so it is easier to reply to.

PS: These are the ones I already have in the current tank and not new. They will move to the larger tank soon as its cycled.
There are also a few younger ones as well that have not colored out yet

Eureka red or German red. Judging from the dorsal fin he's being bullied so not in full colour. He will need a few inches to colour up anyway

The other two I'm not certain about. I'm guessing the fryeri is the tank boss as he is fully coloured up.

What do you feed them ?

Thanks man. Not good. I told the guy at Wazeers I wanted only Peacocks.
Hopefully in the bigger tank they will be less bullying.
So I feed them Hikari Cichlid pellets, 2 different types. And tetra flakes in the afternoon.
And once a week bloodworms, and sometimes spirulina pellets. I try to mix it up.

Okay I also feed mine hikari cichlid gold and cichlid excel. I use Tetra cichlid sticks as well but they all really leave a cloud in the water for 30min after feed. I have flakes by a company called tropical and I believe they're quite big in Europe.

I feed them frozen deshelled peas once a week and sometimes spinach too (it's really hard to get spinach here lol)

I noticed after feeding more natural foods than the pellets or sticks their growth just tripled in weeks

Sweet, I must try the peas and spinach. My whole garden is a food garden so I have spinach every meter or so.
Should i just cut pieces of spinach and feed raw? Like whole leaves, or small strips?

Okay coz I get spinach here not very often and I'm not entirely sure about pesticides etc I soak the spinach in water for a bit, then I change that water and use hot water and drop it in the microwave for a bit and then let it cool down without any water.. by then the spinach is so soft it breaks by a simple touch.

Then when they're done eating you usually find stems which I net out.
