Hi,
I newly joined the forum, but am not new to the aquarium hobby. I am from Goodwood, Cape Town and see quite a lot of familiar names here. I am really looking forward to meet more hobbyists and breeders that share the same interest and passion in fish and nature in general. Hope we can exchange some valuable information in the future. :bigsmile: And maybe have some coffee. :tee:

Seems like a lot of us live in the Goodwood/Parow/Panorama area! A few of us took a trip to Hartlands a little while ago and it was fun, but I'm sure we'd all like to have another outing. Maybe a braai, or go to the beach and look at the rock pools or something

Tell us a bit about your setups and post pics if you have any. We're photo freaks

Yes, I would have gone with on that trip, but I was helping at the Baby Koi Show that weekend so unfortunately I missed it.

I have nothing much at the moment. I bred some Corydoras and Apple Snails in the past and had about 20 tanks and containers going, but have scaled down to only 2 tanks now. I plan to convert one tank to a planted tank, but first have to finish building the cabinet and canopy. I am tempted in breeding some Sterbais again in summer time, but time will tell.

A get together sure sounds great! So when and where? :blink1:
