    Hi People,

I need some guidance in setting up a light cycle for my Goldies.

The idea was to go for the Walstad-method which has a mid-day siesta (5 hour on, 4 hours off, 5 hours on) recommended for optimal plant growth.

But after reading that the light influences the Feeding Anticipatory Activity in Goldfish and also impacts their gut molecular clock, I am not so sure that it will be in the best interest of the Goldies.

What light cycle are you using and how does it impact the fish?
