    What's up community.
It has been a long long time since I was on TASA, and I'm glad to be back!

I left the hobby about 3 years ago, selling most of my tanks and losing my passion for this amazing hobby. A few months ago I started feeling the urge, the passion and fire to get a tank started and some fish. This time I wanted to do it properly, I acted in so much ignorance in my previous tanks, so this time I wanted to do things right. I'm still learning everyday, growing as a hobbyist, and enjoying the beauty of keeping fish.

I'm extremely glad to be back.
This is my first tank that I've set up. I want to remember where I was, 1, 2, 5 years down the line so I start this thread as a remembrance for myself in the future and for us all to enjoy seeing things grow, develop and change.

My 80 Litre, 2 foot tall tank:
Started this tank around 19 days ago, or something like that.. and added my first plants on the 18th of January, 16 days ago. Here's a shot of the tank:

    The 21st of January:

    Sunday the 31st of January:

And Yesterday, the 2nd of February:

In the tank there are currently 6 fish:
    4 Guppys,
    2 Drawf Gouramis,
    1 Siamese Algae Eater

I am running a Dophin C-1000 Canister Filter on the tank as well as 2x24W t5 6700k lights.
I'm using liquid ferts about once a week, Sachem Flourish and Sachem Excel.
So as you can tell, it's not that high tech and I'm simply enjoying the hobby as it goes.

Thanks so much for reading, expect updates on fish stock and plant growth :)

I forgot to mention, I was running a HOB filter in the first few photos, so the water in them looks slightly murky, now I've upgraded to the Dophin C-1000, and I'm pleased with the results!
    Thanks guys!
