Sure they will...they are the same size as Bettas, Infusoria (Liquifry no.1) for egglayers for 2 days, you can also start dropping in some micro worms, then on day 2 Newly hatched BS. You shouldnt lose more then 5-10% of fry this way. Obviously the MW and BS only when free swimming, start dropping in drops of Liqui fry 3 days before free swimming.

    Hi @Hawk
thanks alot. I just put them in a 1.5ft tank with lots of hornworth plants and some moss. The male used mostly the moss to build his nest. Yes will see how many survive. They still look fine to at the moment.
I'm gonna try and move them to another tank tonight cause the breeding tank is getting really dirty and it impossible to clean it with all the fry in.
Will upload more pics as soon as i moved them.

On another not i have another batch of betta fry that hatched yesterday. Yippee

    cheers

Thanks and congrats on the new Betta spawn. What is the temp on your gourami tank?

I am still trying to catch my dwarf female and sunset male to move them to my 100l for breeding whilst I wait for my 3 Drawf fry to mature. She is seriously ready and he keeps building bubble nests with the plants I'm trying to plant!

Bottom right corner are the fry. Use the red and black male guppy for scale.

This is the tank where I want to breed with my adults. Currently has (a lot of) guppies, 3 lonely neons, 2 sterbai cory's and 2 hillstream loaches.

I think thats a nice size for breeding them. The fry are quite big almost adult. Let me know when you got them to spawn.
My guppies is getting out of hand now, busy raising them and then they are going to my lfs. Just keeping my endlers.
Oh and my better half is getting her hair of with me and my fish(and all the tanks) hahahah. Sorry off the topic. Will see if i can get some pics to night after i moved the fry

    No probs. It's your thread.

I've tried convincing my other half about more tanks but she isn't interested unless I'm going to make money from breeding. Show her the maths on selling your fry. Sure she will come around.

Yes, i did, she is a lil sceptic and says that no one will buy them. But you know how they are.
So i got all my breeding tanks and stuff in my garage/mancave only two tanks in the house. 130l and a 72l. Busy redoing a 4ft 240l as the main display in the house then the 72l will becone a grow out tank.

Have you checked with any LFS near you as to wether they will buy the gourami fry and if so, how much will they give you for each?
