    @Marcel_73
    Very nice :thumbup:

    I also have Alto sp sumbu “shell” which also use snail shells to breed. They haven’t shown any interest in breeding yet, but they are still quite small. Also not 100% sure that they are a true pair as these are difficult to sex until they reach maturity. When I bought them I asked for the largest and the smallest in the shop tank in the hope that they will be a male & female.

    That first picture makes the similis look like a little vampire.

    I take what I can get in terms of photos with most of the fish as I don't run any lights on the tanks :D

    Your photos are good. I find it difficult to get decent photos without reflections of the room in the background

    I'm too lazy to employ the knowledge I have but ... the camera on your phone (like all others) uses averaging on the light meter and therefore anything brighter than the tank you want to shoot will be seen in the photo. If you really want a great shot you need light in the tank brighter than the surrounds, close the curtains, turn other lights off etc and if you can or have access to a dslr use a circular polariser to eliminate glare/reflection .. with that said, I need to pack to go to the Wanderers now :thumbup:
