    Hi and welcome.

    I agree with the others - I will never support LFS's that stock coloured / dyed / tattoo'd fish. The one LFS I buy my equipment from does not even stock them - the other smaller ones have them and I was actually disgusted at how many bettas were dead or dying in small bottles. Never went there again.

    Personally I do not like bright coloured fish. I much rather go with something more natural.

    But this tattoo and painted fish looks disgusting to me personally. Not my place to judge a person that likes them, but personally I won't buy them.

    But OP, no use crying over spilled milk. Enjoy the fish and keep them healthy as possible, they didn't choose their ink....it chose them!!!

    yeah just don't expose me to brightly coloured danios - I personally think it's very unnatural, specially for those who are genetically modified. GMO means it's been modified, not naturally made.
