Where did you get the purple bulb and what did you pay? I need to replace my bulbs as the flood light isn't working for me either.

Time to decide on lights. I am willing to spend 1500-2000 and so far my mind is set on zetlight zp4000p because of the sleek design. Hope i can get a nice 900cm lig

I do have 2x dual t8 led fixtures that i used. I would like to know if it would be effective and efficient light with co2 injection?

Current tubes are 2 6000k 13watt tubes with plans to add one 8000k and 10000k tube

Got a dolphin 800-H and aqua h20 acf1000 canister. So filtration is sorted. Just need to sort out intake and outlet and get the hoses

I don’t know enough about equipment to offer much an opinion. However, If you get the ZP4000P then budget for the perspect light mounts about R210 to get a good spread across the tank. Otherwise you might not have joy.
Many people that I’ve followed have had good results with T8s and pressurised CO2, don’t have experience with either myself.

That is also a concern... The mounting of the light as i have the hob on the right side of the tank.

Need to mount the light on the back glass or hang it.

I am open to suggestions for any solution under 2k otherwise I'll test the light fixture i currently have with 4 tubes

The perspex light mounts sit on the back glass, so perfect. Not a great photo but you get the idea.

Thanks @A new day i am sure the zetlight will be adequate for co2 injected tank if not then i should just leave co2 and plant heavily from the get go with low demanding plants
