Nice, What your carpeting plant?
Thanx guys. It is glosso.
Will soon get some alanod in my light units and then it will look even better
Ok this scape is gone. Lol.
Updates on rescape to follow.
Really amazing looking setup @quattro! I've never had any success with live plants :-(
Thanx so much. So busy with the new scape.
How is your setup?
@quattro Very artificial hahahaha. All man made stuff. I do aspire to have something simular one day. I might just ask for your advice one day when I feel brave enough! Really amazing looking! Love your Clown Loaches as well!!
If I can achieve that, will hold on to it for dear life!!!
Well.... good luck with the new one!
Ok so i think once you start scaping a tank it becomes addictive.
So I thought it was again time to do a scape on my 5ft tank. This time i had a bit more time to do the scape and actually planned ahead.
This is while i was taking out some plants to plant back later.
Almost everything out.
All the dragon rock i used
Playing around with the wood
Rocks and the wood
So decided on this
Rock to keep the wood down.
The long waiting process
All nice and full
Added some plants.
More plants to come and my fish will be added a few at a time.
Coming along nicely @quattro, like the red bush in the middle
Where'd you get your wood??? OMG it's AWESOME!!!
That's one of the few things I'm still missing for my set-up.. Good driftwood..
I must say, I am quite envious of your gorgeous looking set-up.. :blushing:
PS.. Is it just me or does that rock in the back (on the right) look like a marmoset monkey peeking over the driftwood and plants???
Lol that piece of rock is just in the tank to keep the wood down for the time being.
It is going to be epic ... love the classic look
Really beautiful scape man..
Planted some more glosso at the bottom and some monte carlo above the rock to check if my rummy noses eat it or leave it.
I really like the spidery type wood.
Over here it tends to be insanely expensive if you can find it.
