    I wouldn't at this stage.
As has been suggested, a possible explanation is that since it's all your fish, the problem has a good chance of being environmental. If it's that, than remedy that issue.
I am not a fan of putting any medication into a tank unless it's 100% necessary.

Remember, medicine only cure a condition, you need to eliminate the cause first.

Paraguard is not as hard on the fish as other more potent meds but it still adds stress. The reason I suggested it is it is good to have if you are left with any secondary problems like fungus. To show you what clean water does here's one of my discus that got sick from a planted tank as I couldn't keep it as clean as they like.

moved to a more suitable tank and clean water every day and within a week. This...

    No meds where used.

Yes, if the ph, and kh are too low.

As for the buffer, you'le have to test first to see whats up. Then monitor the tank between changes and if you see a dramatic drop within a few days to 4-5 adding coral chips to the filter will stop it from dropping so fast and will settle eventually. I don't use the liquid stuff as it changes the attributes to quickly.

Good news your nitrates should be between 10-20 bud. Keep on with the water changes

    Aj_85,

good of to hear your fidh are improving

a ph of 6.4 is too low.
and you will probably find that your KH is too low too.

coral chips are useful if you can get them.
And a good LFS should also sell a Rift Cichlid buffer / "salt".
