Small Yellow and Red fish

Hi all,
Anyone have an idea what fish this is.
Think it might be a Danio of some sort.
Gold/Yellow coloured body, red fins with white tips on top of dorsal and anal fins. The Tail fin has a black spot. The tip of the mouth also has some red. It is very very lively and stays on the top half of the tank, hence the blurred photo. Currently the same size as Neons or a Danios, about 2-3 cm. Don't think they grow bigger, had a school of these for a while now and they are quite hardy.
Mouth is upturned like a danios.

 

Looks more like a tetra to me.

 

Seems to be a albino or just a very yellow silver tip tetra but it doesn't have the tail pater but when I see closer I see a dot on the tail fin witch might mean the pattern is the but not visible and there is a sliver tip on the dorsal fin

Golden White Cloud Mountain minnow. And interestingly enough not albino.

I had a tank full of them at one point, loved the white trim and blue eyes!
