    Hi guys,

I ordered two pots of ADA Riccardia chamedryfolia and am expecting delivery today. I've never kept mosses or worts and any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Riccardia, like all worts, is a rock-hugger and I don't have any in my temporary tank, nor is my main tank at all ready to receive anything. Tips for managing that would also be great - if it won't work to just let it float.

    Ta!

riccardia sticks to rock and wood, it will overtake your moss even. some people really struggle to grow it, but in my experience, it grows best if you leave it alone..

Thanks. I will see how big the specimens I receive are and might throw a stone at my glass house. Ah! The courier guy is here! WOOT!

Somebody washed my Riccardia pots in hot water. Banana for scale  No mori for you!!!!! Nevertheless they look healthy with no melting or slimyness I can see.

Maybe ADA did it to save on shipping container volume.

The dreaded expectation vs reality. At least you've got it now, hopefully it proliferates like rabbits in the tank
