After much blood, sweat and tears, I finally arrived at a point where I am happy with my latest wallet draining experience.

    The Shrimp Room 2.0

Every tank is 100% shrimp, except the one Amano tank (I bought a couple of Celestial Pearl Danios to play around with)

All tanks running sponge filters and is hooked up to a central silent compressor.
No heaters in tank, room is insulated and heater/cooled as needed with a fan or Dehumidifier.
Lights are cheap 4ft LED lights you get at china mall (If it works it works).

Substrate in tanks is a mix of:
    -Akadama (Brown Stuff)
    -ADA Amazonia (Black Stuff)
    -Pool Filter Sand (White Stuff)
    - Onyx (Grey Stuff for Sulawesi tank)

Each tank has a topup valve running that is used for auto top ups as well as waterchanges.
All tanks are running on RO water (+ Shrimp Salts) that is gravity fed from containers above.
2 Mixed containers on top of the black rack is used for waterchanges during the week, and is auto filled by the RO unit.

    Shrimp:
    Neocaridina:
    -Blue Dreams
    -Black Rose
-Red Cherry / Sakura / Fire Reds
    Caridina
    - Crystal Reds
    - Crystal Blacks
    - Blue Bolts
    - Tangerine Tigers
    - Racoon Tigers
    - Black Pandas/Black King Kong
    - Red Panda's
    - Spotted Black Pinto's
    - Red Zebra Pintos'
    - Amano Shrimp

And once the tank is done cycling, White Spot Sulawesi

    Plant wise:
Lots of moss, Even more Anubias, and bucket loads of Bucephalandra
So much so that I setup a tiny grow rack where I am attempting to grow out some more Buce and Anubias.

    Future Plans:
Make it neater and even more efficient. Lots of tubes everywhere, and need some sort of system for all the shrimp food haha.
Upgrade RO unit for faster water...
Getting rid of Duckweed once and for all.

@Gamma Brilliant idea on the gravity fed water change system. I love the fact that you made use of the square plastic container as the RO holding tank. Really good out of the box thinking! Kudos on the lights I use pretty much the same, cheap Chinese Led lights and they work!!

Question, do you have auto shutoffs on each RO feed back to the tanks?

This is one of the reasons why its shrimp room 2.0 haha.

So each container at the top has a topup valve in as well. Ro unit is directly connected to all 4 containers. Have a valve running to each of them as well. So it will run until all 4 containers is full and then just switch off.
Each tank also has its own valve and I made a small switch system that allows me to switch each row of tanks to Pure RO, or mixed water.
During the week I run them on the pure, and then when I do water changes just switch them over.

The amount of times I have flooded this damn room due to RO overflowing.....

Speak of the devil... I flooded it again...

Moved the glass top of the amano tank to feed them, and it pushed down on the float valve. 20L of water later.

Maybe you can get a water sensor, it would not prevent it from happening but you can stop it before it floods the room.

    Long overdue for an update.

Got some new shrimp. Cardinal Sulawesi!
Redid a couple of tanks, rest of the tanks are settling in nicely.
Also greatly increased my side project of plant keeping and growing out. So far so good with no melting.

Played around with the macro lens last night so thought I might share some of the caridina shrimp.
