That sounds great! Can't help you out there but I am keen to see the result of this project, something I would love to do in the future.

hi yes forgot about the specs the glass will be 2m (width) x 1m (height) with a force of 6000ltrs behind the glass but the total pond size will be 3m x 2m with a depth of about 1.5m deep, i just need advice on the thickness of glass and the frame for glass.

ok well i cant give you an accurate thickness. But i can say that it will have to be a minimum of 20mm thick, if not 30mm.

I know that @ernst will be able to help you with this, he has worked with glass 40mm in thickness.

    I have sent a PM

    Cheers

You might even have to try acrylic for that sort of pressure.

My wetland pool has a glass window which is 1mx1m. The pool is 90 000L. The window is 10 cm thick, made up glass panes laminated together. It has a stainless steel frame. Was not cheap. I can't remember who did it, but I do remember the window and frame were made by different people. Let me look up the details and I'll get back to you.
