Zetlight ZP4000 Series

Ah, fair enough. If the spread of these newer Zetlights is anything like the older ones, 2 is not going to be enough. I find the spread is only just enough to cover 30cm, so you would need 3 for your tank. If cost is the main concern, it may be worthwhile to move the HOB to the long panel and support the main filter box from underneath. You could have it setup and not even touching the glass, and it would free you up for a single light.

 

I feel a little dumb didn't think to just raise it at the back What is a good LED you can recommend think R2000 is my max.

 

If you can stretch that by R250 you can get a Zetlight Lancia 2 delivered to your door from AquaEmpire up here in joburg. The 90cm version retails for R2099, and shipping is a flat rate of R150. That would give you plenty of light, with lots of control too.

All connected to the Zetlight A200 WiFi Controller via B 1200R receivers.

 

That looks pretty slick, i like it. Does it also have the sunrise/sunset functionality of the Lancia 2?

 

The ZA 1200 has most of the functions of the Lancia series, but it does not have the moonlight function.
When the Lancia series go over to moonlight, the ZA 1200 reverts to 50% intensity.

 

Hi all, apologies if this is hijacking of the thread, I have 2 Lancia 2's, super happy with them but suggling to get them to work together ‍♂️, they're on the same wifi, synchronized etc but one just goes off when I close the app

 

I have no experience with the Lancia 2.

What I have done with the Lancia and ZA1200 is set up a separate WiFi network through the A200 WiFi controller, and then connect them to the network.
I used to connect them through my router, but had issues with that.
Since connecting them to their own network there have been no issues.

Ensure that the lights are all on the same group when doing the setup.
If not, one will default to factory settings, and the other will work as you intended them to.

So I havent figured it out lol but heres an option which is "working". I have an android phone but then tried doing the whole process on my Wifes Apple and it seems to work better, the only difference is that i cannot link the lights to the central wifi but i guess i will live with it, not going to stop trying to figure it out .
