hi from what i understand its a pretty demanding plant,lots of light,fertilizing and co2,i see you have aquasoil so that will help.
1st scape would be my preferred choice,some rare dwarf cichlid would be awesome in there as well
those flag cichlids must be the most common fish in the amazon you see them on every video of it,but never once seen a wild oscar.
that tank doesnt need anything else,perfect as is
