You can buy it from most pet shops. It isnt registered with the Veterinary council nor the MRC. No one seems to act.
How many hobbyist do you know with Lamotte test kits? In most cases they cost more than running several batches of tests with the CSIR :D
Sorry to say but @azurekoi is correct. Also i dont trust ANY tests other than proper lab tests done by a certified lab like the CSIR. Aquarium...

Depending on the light etc it will sometimes make a clover like leaf in between all the other leaves.

You can use O3 to sterilize anything not just marine tanks.

HKGK! O3 is pretty poisonous stuff. To give you an idea of how poisonous - they are starting to us O3 instead of chlorine at some WWTW to kill...

if space is a problem i would put in a canister with proper biological filtration.
ok thats providing very little inline of biological filtration. Bubbles on the surface could also be indicative of ammonia in the water.
I'll bet that that "filter" is in fact a power head with a sponge attached to it?
