Pakistani loach, aka yoyo loach. Its nocturnal and eats whatever falls to the bottom of the tank. Looking at about 10 - 15 cm fully grown.
That's not really a problem. Unless you don't want to see the bubbles. It really doesn't do anything harmful to the fish/plants/aquarium environment
