    Also could be just condensation some of. My tanks do that @GregM so I'm glad to hear its not to serious at this stage

    Why don't you drain the tank & just reseal? Sometimes like my previous 3ft , it was leaking through old silicone

    hey @tanked72 and @neltf, I am sure its not condensation as my ambient and internal temps aren't too far off, I don't keep the water too warm and the hood is well ventilated so shouldn't be that..

    In terms of the sealant I agree however if I am going to have to empty this tank again I want to immediately place everything into a new setup and while I may not have the money I would rather have the peace of mind of knowing everything is in a nice new tank than in a patched up old donkey that could pop at any time (like I have now lol)
