So a few photos before i started the drip acclimation. I was expecting them to be nick naks orange or like the oros, but will see how their color changes after they have settled in the new tank

It might be that they send livestock separately from normal products as the livestock have special transport requirements.

Tank looking great @oupoot and the shrimp are very nice

I agree with @HugBug in that as far as i know, livestock and hardware dont usually get shipped together
You also find that usually the supplier of the livestock is not the same as the supplier of hardware

So finally got them in to the tank, i got a good mix of small to adult sizes, the bigger ones took a bit longer to act "normal" while the smaller ones immediately started being all shrimpy. I also noticed some algae, but they dont seem interested in it yet...

Should I leave it or reduce the lighting cycle, at the moment its from 10:00 to 18:00

Nice, cool looking shrimp. I'd leave the lighting period as is- bit of algae will be good for them if it shows up.
Not sure how far the cycling process is? Are you able to test? Try keep things steady as you can for them, while being aware that any ammonia or nitrite is very harmful.
    Are you using RO?

Im doing a 25% WC each day, with normal tap water and not RO water for now, but getting a smaller tank for RO and then I will lmove them there in a few months time if the don't start multiplying.

Sadly i dont see a berried female anymore, maybe it was just my excitement from when i got them...

That's great you've gotten them into the tank and they seem to be doing OK. How exciting!
