Yip, ofcourse lol. Just very busy for that, got to start with my other tank....s today.
MTS is never curable! I feel it coming back, need another....5-10 tanks later next month lol

I forgot to explain what i am doing with this tank.

Due to the fact my mother didnt want to move your picture at the back of the lounge it had to be place next to the couch where people watch tv.
So what im trying to do is on the left of the tank create the same in the front....lots of plants and rocks. So basically it creats a 2 sided viewing pleasure...to bad i ran out of those sprites. Will use clippings.

Give me time with the wood guys....lol everytime i have to work on the tank i have to take my shirt off..... neighbours are forever screaming lol just kidding

Hi @Mic.E i think its 3-4mm grain. No label on the bags i get. I paid R55 for a 5kg bag.

Black gravel really brings out a tank!

    Well for mine (1m x 0.6m) i used 30kg. But i should of added another 10kg

If you not in a hurry just get 5 bags and see what the cover is....just wash like there's no tomorrow! Other wise you end up with a black tank (water)

The leaves of the plants on the right seem to have died, new ones are however growing so should look okay in the next month or so

    Thanks!

Will consider it. the one on the right holds that other rock from falling over. But will make a plan when i have space to work on it.

Had alook at them - dont worry, the leaves that are dying are emmersed growth...thye will all die off and the new ones forming will be the new submerged growth - notice the differance in shape... doing fine there...

Also noticed you added some Tetras...apart from Cardinals/Neons? and Emperors(I think?) - What else?

PS: Looking mighty fine there dude!!!

@azurekoi The bleeding heart tetras seemed impossible to get. Got 12 Emperors, never got Cardinals just added my 12 neons from my other tank.

Was with my dad and he saw the red eye tetras....got 23 of them about 5 died before being added to the main tank. Also got these 7 other large tetras...not sure the name.

    So basically i have this

    2 Angels
    18 red eye tetras
    12 Neon tetras (from 150l)
    12 Emperor tetras
7 Unknown tetras at this time
    1 SAE (from 150l)
    2 Albino corries (from 150l)

Sorry for not using most your ideas, father saw and decided
