Swop: 3M to swap for a smaller Tank

Hi, I have a 3M fish tank for plus stand (all built to fit the tank) to swap. Dimensions are as follows: 3000mm L x 700mm W x 1600mm H (including stand) 600mm (excluding stand). Glass is 12mm thick... Has drilled holes for sump and/ or canister filter piping. Cabinet needs abit of work (sand and repaint), I have started sanding the unit but only done two doors thus far. Reason for selling: Moving out and no place for it in the new home. Please collection only if you are interested. Can send pics if interested and viewing is available upon request.Thanks

Not a lot of people have the space for a 3m long tank. Or have a sufficiently understanding spouse...

 

@JonathanS - so true.

Awesome size for a marine setup, or even monster fish. If I could get it to JHB cheaply, I would set it up in a spot in the yard , build around it with a nice rock look and keep some really fancy goldfish and guppies.

 

@Breado - Transport is going to be killer to JHB and high risk of them cracking the tank. Was meant to be my CA Cichlid monster tank

 

Yup, tru that.

IMO if it does not go by the time you move, you are meant to keep it and you will make a plan.

It hard to come by nice big tanks at decent prices. My 2.5 was sold to Jonathan and crakced just before it could leave my place - so it stayed back. Now its costing me a little more but I am making it the way I want it to be and in the long run I can use it for any species that I desire to keep.
