    Well, he just gave the eggs the boot. The female is now eating them. Guess he didn't like that batch

    This is quite incredible to watch. I picked up the eggs in a net which I then suspended in the tank. The eggs looked to have tiny fry within them so I thought it would be better than them being eaten.

    The eggs were laid 2 days ago and the little guys have just finished wriggling out of the eggs. So here's hoping for the best!

    Fry should be going to Pomona tomorrow. The tank just isn't allowing them sufficient growout space. That and the overwhelming population of snails that I need to deal with. They are currently about 2-2,5cm long
