Conditioned the females for a few weeks, on Thursday I moved one male to the 2 females' tank, moved all 3 out yesterday afternoon. Females are still in a different tank to the males.

Last night I found a few rosy loach fry. Had them in my QT tank for about 2 months, moved them into my main tank about 2 weeks ago. Super happy about this, they are awesome little fish.

Been a busy Summer. I have a tank full of shiner fry now, estimate about 50. Very busy little fish. Then I have a lot of cpd fry across 2 tanks. Also have about a dozen emerald rasbora fry mixed in with about a dozen fire line danio fry. Spawning my Vietnamese cardinals at the moment, no fry yet but its still early days. Planning on stopping at the end of February, will let the fry grow until end of April and then move everything into one tank and shutdown until September.

Found a food online that I want to try - Hakiri plankton early stage. I am supposed to get a bag next month, meaning that I can really go nuts with spawning next spring as I will now have a food that the tiniest of fry can eat. My supply of vinegar eels has been he limiting factor, which has resulted in my doing batches of about 50 fry each month to ensure that I have enough food to get them to a stage when I can feed first bites.

Found some VC fry last night, about 20. Will give it another week before I move the adults back to my display tank, hopefully can get a few more fry by then
