Betta spawn!!

    My bettas has spawn![​IMG] [​IMG]
    Its a blue male double tail and a light blue crown tail female.
    They are busy spawning right now!
    The eggs are a very light yellow!![​IMG]
    And they are spawning for 2+ hours!
    I will post pics later.
    I hope the fry will survive.
    And I am so glad that they have spawn

    I have taken the female out.
    The male is now by the bubble nest.
    The have spawn 2 hours and 15 minutes.

    The male is now at the bubble nest caring for the eggs.

    My betta fry are looking very good.
    They love the microworms and there are so many.

    I think they are all crowntail. Their mother is crowntail....
    There are many fry and there is a about 4 big fry. They are about 1cm long. The one in the pic is a big one.

    Mine are growing really slowly. Just starting to see some colour on some of them..

    I only have about 5 big ones. The rest are small. The one in the pics are they biggest of the big ones.
    The small bettas are about 7 mm.

    My biggest is around 7-8 mm.

    How many are there? I have 19 left. All the rest died but I think these 19 are tough ones.

    Do you only feed them microworms? I feed mine 2 to 3 times a day.

    Added a bit of shredded tuna yesterday and they seemed to like it..
