I've came across the best Co2 diffuser to date including my glass diffuser and tetra co2 depot
See the photos, I'll try to find the link on YouTube and post it

    Lekker @???Brain

I also made my own DIY diffuser in a different way

This one was fitted with cigarette filters which you can buy at any tobacco shop.

And this one was fitted with bamboo sticks that have been shaved and fitted to the pipes

The only issue I had with the bamboo is my DIY CO2 yeast mix doesn't have enough gas pressure to push the gas out through the bamboo which was why I reverted to the cigarette filter option.

The only cons I have is that the filters need replacing like once a week because it goes soggy and grows this white stuff around the ends (like mould in water).

I'm not sure what the thing is called - I found a stash in my dad's workshop and he told me to use it. He said that they are not exactly cheap though.

So I googled it. I think the shop that my dad buys it from imports the parts to SA - https://www.mettleair.com/store/mte-gateway - I use this.

The connectors are push to release the pipe or you push the pipe in until it clicks, meaning it has locked the pipe in and it won't come out until you reverse the action.

All you do is measure your airline piping to connecter in the tank - once you are happy with the length and where it's placed. Then you can attach the two other pipes with diffusing material, whichever you choose to use. For Pressurized CO2, I would recommend bamboo as it pushes out very fine bubbles (and that is ideal in a planted tank).

The rest of the connectors here - https://www.mettleair.com/store/ptcimg

Festo stock the connectors . You can buy these directly from them or bearing man since the two companies have a distribution agreement

Ditto on that. My dad insisted i save money if I took some of his stock that he wasn't using at that time. I had a lot of tubing so free for me lol
