Cost of building a home in PTA east

    Pretoria East Garsfontein
    I'm looking at buying a vacant piece of land in PTA east. I can get it a very good price (mind you i will check the ground conditions first, Dolomite might be a problem).
    My Question to you is how much can i expect to pay per Square meter for a small modern home with decent fittings.
    And how much will a second story affect the price per square meter.

    Any advise will be appreciated. I know1 or 2 admins here are contractors ;-)
