My eggs normally hatched after 3 days and two day later I would start the brine shrimp.
I started 3 batches one day after the other just to unsure there was enough.

I also tried and made sure my breeding pair was well fed during the whole breeding cycle.

do not be surprised if you wake up one morning and see all the wrigglers gone, mine loved to move them around :)

    Thanks @Vis. Great advice!

Edit: will the parents not flatten the brine shrimp before the wrigglers get to them?

Mine did not but it does not mean yours won't.
If the fry starts eating properly the parents can go.
They can differ from pair to pair so one can't generalize.

Well, the eggs are all still here this morning. There are already 2 white ones though. I've seen this with all 3 of my pairs, that their eggs turn white to a greater or lesser extent. Are they unfertilised eggs?

You will always have one or two eggs that go bad.

Eggs turn to wrigglers after 3 days and about 3 days later, start swimming as fry. On advice from breeders, I only start to to feed Bs about 12 hours after they swim and the egg sack has been absorbed....

My 2c worth to the discussion.

Thanks Howard. So should I start hatching brine 2 days after the Angels have hatched @howard?

Mom still fanning and protecting the eggs. The amount of dead eggs is looking promising so far.

Compared to the number of eggs that's not really anything

This is their first attempt if I am correct?
It could take them a try or two to get it right.

Seems like the catfish have left them alone, which is a good thing.

Haha @MariaS... Not yet. Should be happening in the next day or so. I'm taking pics day by day. Will post them shortly.
@Reedfish, they've laid many times before, as have the other 2 pairs. These have been the most successful. On other pair lays eggs that all turn white in 3 days. The last pair are total ameteurs, eating eggs whilst laying them. It could be that things will change now that they have a more relaxed environment?

    @Broder,
