Feeding Frontosas

I am looking in near future to buy me some frontosas but would like to know what you guys feed your frontosas.

I see they eat live foods as well as pellet sticks and mealworms, crickets ext. And some peas and green food.

What works for your frontosas.

 

I feed my frontosa ones a day omega one cichlid food. You can feed any good food that you can find at your lfs. Other good foods I fed was seera high protein, new life spectrum. Frozen food can be fed as a treat, stay away from bloodworm. Make sure the food you feed are sinking otherwise for fronts can get bloat.
