One a week every wednesday I do a 10% water change, but after yesterday's water change this morning my fish are all lying on the bottom. And I do treat my new water a day before.

Ok, I agree with @Ryno. Do bigger water change or two times a week 20% with treated water.

Switching to SERA Aquatan water conditioner tonight..Are SERA products good? Also they advised me to put some salt in my tank, as they said it will help breakdown the bad stuff. It's the same salt they use in Koi tanks
