Here is my new small cube. I really want to put a Betta(hopefully one from HennieRoux) in the tank

    Specs:

    Size: 30L
Filter: Fluval internal filter with spraybar, but I maybe want to build a small sump to replace this
Light: Not sure about the specs of the light, but its the one that came with the tank
CO2: ISTA Waterplant disposable CO2 canister
Plants: Lilaeopsis, Blyxa Japonica, Belem and Ambulia to get the tank going, but this will be removed after awhile
    Substrate: Seachem Flourite

    Hardscape:

I used some water and filter media from my established planted tank to get it going

Final product, about 2 hours after filling it up

Me with all 3 tanks (incl. totm:bigsmile:)

Nice start to a fish room Roxi, hope the instruments are only for show, add a few more tanks and our winter and you will have moisture problems, not something a delicate instrument can handle.

Keen to know how the cube's light does as a truly planted tank lamp. Please keep us posted with more pics.

The guitars are mine and have been retired. The one on the left is my first guitar and we spent many happy years together. The middle one belonged to my Father-In-Law and is approx 50 years old and not really playable any more. The Ovation on the right was my pride and joy, but I dropped it one day and the whole front cracked beyond repair, which happened because I never humidified the the guitar, so a little moisture as actualy good for the wood.
Between the 2 of us we own quite a number of musical intruments, so that room is doubling as fish, TV, computer and music room and sometimes it's even emptied out to do duty as a photographic studio.

The guitars are ornamental only. The played instruments are stored away safely against the elements.

    Will keep you updated :)

.. he he ok I have the fish, electronic and computer (suppose mp3's and gluetube does not count).

computers and fish make for a great combination... so photograph studio, do we have aspiring Amano's in the making?

Yes more pics esp as the cube does its thing.
