This may seem a little odd... but I've realized that there is nothing too odd to go into a fish forum!!

Does anyone know of any good GARDENING FORUM available in SA??

Venus fly trap - Water via the saucer, not from the top. Water soaks upward via capillary action, water distilled water only. Keep humid, get a spray bottle and sprits often

Rain water is fine yes, just nothing from your taps. Also, Borehole water should be avoided if its hard water

    hehe!

So, boiling the tap water and cooling does not count?

If you do not have rain, where do you get distilled? What is distilled?

You can get it from dischem. Its water that is boiled the steam is collected cooled and bottled this means its completely free of impurities. Used for contact lenses, battery cells etc etc
