Formula for tank stand needed

    See yo are in norther subs Peter. Go to brackenfell staal they cut to size. Gussets can either be cut from plate (2mm) basically a triangle with 2 equal sides (on that size tank I would make them 100 mm long), or tube cut at 45 degr angles on both sides and then welded into the corner.

    Hope this makes sense. I will se if I have a pic of one of the stands I built using gussets
