Freshwater Crayfish...

One of the guys at an LFS told me the loop hole now is the same as for example Tarantulas. He said you are not allowed to bring them into the country but you are not prohibited from trading that's why they started to sell shrimps which were also blacklisted not long ago. I think maybe someone could clarify "black listed". Maybe there are categories of blacklisting ie. grey, black, blackest, don't even think about it, etc.

I think this is the case with the shrimp but I'm not sure about the crays. Those crays are bad news as they cause major damage to the environment. If they got lose and started popping up everywhere it would suck as I'm sure it would destroy the chances of shrimp getting cleared.

I agree on the risk of crays getting into systems it shouldn't but that argument is true for just about anything that is not native to that system. not promoting crays, also just confused as why the BL thing is so unclear
